Sitch

Describing the indescribable.

It’s not a beer substitute, it’s not a tea replacement, it’s not anything you’d really expect. A bit bitter, a bit mellow, a bit different all around. Sitch is the third brand in the Something Else portfolio, and we knew we wanted to take it in a fresh direction — one that was decidedly casual and confident from the start. One that had enough attitude to be at home on a board, bike, or beach.

DESCRIPTION

Sitch is its own thing. Born from an unlikely combination of tea and hops. A little bit country, a little bit rock n’ roll. Two great tastes that taste great together. Topped with a dash of aromatics and spice, because why not, it tastes good. It’s kind of bitter, kind of refreshing, kind of perfect for any sitch. We hope you enjoy.

Make it a vibe.

We started with a conceptual playground — dive bar bathroom meets Dogtown aesthetic with a dash of surrealism for good measure. We used the main ingredient as the inspiration, giving each flavor its own personality, palette, and vibe for both the naming convention and can design. On the website, no over-explanation is needed when you have visuals to create a sensory story.

Process Snapshot

From concept statements to mood boards to art direction, we explored different spectrums of a "bar bathroom" theme. We got a little weird and had a lot of fun along the way.

A final word.

It’s hard work to make something look like it’s not working hard at all.
